In this forum, Xenomorphs have a style of designation.
-Warriors: Their planet of origin, proceeded with a phonetic pronunciation. (EXAMPLE: Zhearth)
-Drones: One or two syllable word (EXAMPLE: Re'shr, Aayrak)
-Queens: The planet of origin, followed by "rah" (EXAMPLE: Earth'rah)
-Predalien Warrior: The home planet, followed by a sound. (EXAMPLE: Earthka)
-Predalien Drone: Same as regular drone. Just more impressive-sounding. (EXAMPLE: Kreeak)
Predalien Queen: Planet of origin, proceeded by "rah" (EXMPLE: Rah'earth

Stats:
Strength- How strong your alien is- keep this kinda low, unless a queen
Dexterity- All aliens, save queens, are agile
Constitution- Keep it low.
Intelligence- Around the fives area, unless a queen or an exception
Wisdom- This should be the lowest of all. xD

Personality: Remember, all Xenos are different...

History: Where was your alien born? What was his or her incubator host? Stuff like this. =)

Here are the differences in ranks:
Alien Drone: Weakest aliens- watch out, though... They're deadly fast, and quite intelligent.
Alien Warrior: Moderate strength, and the fastest aliens- they have the capacity to be as intellignet as a Queen, but are usually controlled.
Alien Queen: High strength, incredible speed, and are VERY intelligent. Watch out...
Predalien Drone: Medium strength, medium speed- an effective killer, and somewhat clever.
Predalien Warrior: Strong, moderate speed- less intelligent than a normal Alien warrior.
Predalien Queen: Incredibly strong, fast speed. Not as clever as an Alien queen, though...

Physical appearance:
Glossy black exoskeleton, silver teeth. A scar from an encounter with a Predator sits on the right side of his neck, and it's bright yellow. Xhreeark stands at about 5' 9", but when he crouches, he's only about 5' 0". The blade on his tail is bright white.

Strength- 6/10- Stronger than a human
Dexterity- 10/10- You can't catch me!
Constitution- 4/10- Sub-par
Intelligence- 8/10- He's bordering sentience... O-o
Wisdom- 3/10- Like all Warriors, he lives in the moment...

Personality:
It's hard for any non-Queens to have a personality. However, this Xenomorph's mother, its Queen, was killed by a Predator when he was but an egg, and thus, had no one to guide him into becoming a senseless drone. Xhreeark is thus a Warrior, an independent Alien with no directives, and has a distinct personality... Cruel, sadistic, and cold. But intelligent. Very intelligent.

History:
Xhreeark was born on the planet of two hundred and twelve years ago. He burst out of the chest of a human captive on the planet Reeark, a Predator-colonized world infected with Xenomorphs.

After his birth, the Queen, Kree'rah, was killed by a group of Predators. Thus, he Xhreeark had no queen to guide him, to meld his personality into a mindless killing machine. Instead, he developed... a distinctly sadistic personality grew after 100 years, and upon reaching 200, Xhreeark was more intelligent than the average Queen, bordering the line of sentience. Now, at 212, he has snuck onboard a Predator ship with several eggs, en route to the human-colonized, and now Xenomorph-infested, Yautjas Prime....
